Tokenomics & Allocation

Humble Donations Token, HDT, is an ERC-20 token that provides taxless donations.

Max Supply

  • The max supply of HDT is 100,000,000.
  • 100,000,000 HDT on Arbitrum and 100,000,000 HDT on Sonic.

Total Supply & Burning

  • The total supply decreases when a donation is made using a token other than HDT. With a tax rate of 1.5% for these tokens, 25% of the taxed amount is swapped for HDT and burned.
  • This equates to 0.375% HDT being burned based on the swap price of the inputted token which swaps to HDT.
  • The total supply will deviate slightly between Arbitrum and Sonic. Per the burning alorithm, the network which has more activity on Humble Donations will have a smaller supply of HDT.

For example: 1 ETH is donated -> 0.015 ETH is taxed and 25% of 0.015 ETH is swapped to HDT and is burned.

Referral Incentive

  • 600 HDT is held in the Referral Incentive Safe at a time. The safe is refilled daily if the safe contains less than 80 HDT. There is no limitation on the number of times the safe can be refilled. The HDT in the Referral Incentive Safe is transfered to participants of the Referral. Everyone can participate in the Referral Incentive.

Aridrop

  • Similar to Referral Incentive, the amount of HDT a person can receive from the Airdrop is limitless. We estimate that a minimum of 10% of the Total Supply of HDT will be allocated to early adopters of Humble Donations

Liquidity

  • Tens-of-thousands of HDT is currently being used to provide liquidity on Arbitrum and Sonic. The pairs include HDT-WETH and HDT-wS, on Uniswap and Equalizer respectively. The developers will increase the quantity of HDT allocated to pairing Humble Donations scales.

Developer Wallets

  • A large portion of HDT is allocated to developer wallets. Because the Referral Incentive and the Airdrop do not limit the quantity of HDT a person can receive, these wallets need to be aptly funded. As Humble Donations scales, more HDT from developer wallets will enter circulation through liquidity pairing.
  • A portion of this HDT is saved for future projects and incentives, such as matching donations, partnerships, community interactions, giveaways, etc.
